Team training seats

These terms apply to employer purchases of Meridian RBT training seats, alongside the Meridian Terms of Use and course terms.

What your order includes

Each seat provides one learner with access to the self-paced RBT training course. The order is a one-time payment. Exam preparation, competency assessment, BACB application, examination, and certification fees are not included. Training alone does not confer the RBT credential.

Pricing and availability

The quantity, per-seat price, and subtotal appear before checkout. Any volume price applies to the quantity in that order, rather than cumulative purchases. Any applicable taxes appear before payment. Enrollment can open only after the course release requirements are met.

Assignments and invitations

The purchasing account manages the organization’s seats. An unclaimed seat may be assigned or reassigned. Invitation links expire after 14 days; creating a new link invalidates the previous one. The learner must sign in with the assigned email and accept the terms. Once accepted, a seat cannot be transferred.

Learner responsibilities and privacy

Learners use individual accounts and must complete all required course activities and eligible training time. The course completion window starts when the learner starts training, as described in the course terms. The employer seat manager shows assignments and enrollment status, not private answers or detailed learning records.

Payment issues and support

Seats become available only after payment is confirmed. Refunds and payment disputes can restrict the affected order and associated access. The refund policy governs refund requests. Contact Meridian support about a paid order before making another payment.
