Most questions put you in a case and ask what a behavior analyst should do, conclude, or measure. After you answer, you see why the key works and where each other choice falls short.

  • Cases from clinics, schools, homes, and organizations
  • Graphs, tables, and timelines to read and interpret
  • Each question tied to its outline task
Practice · Tutor modeG.4 · Token economies and other conditioned reinforcement systems

An adult day program starts a token economy for group participation. A token is earned for staying in a group for a full 60-minute activity. After three weeks, most participants have never earned a token, and participation has not increased. Most leave a group after about 10 minutes.

Which change is BEST?

A clear routine from your first question to exam day.

Your dashboard counts down to your exam date and lays out each day’s work, so every session has a purpose.

  1. 1

    Find your starting point.

Take the 60-question diagnostic, weighted like the exam and timed at its pace. It shows which content areas to work on first.

  2. 2

    Practice a little every day.

Open today’s plan, or choose an area, a task, or the questions you missed. Questions you miss come back after 1, 3, and 7 days.

  3. 3

    Take a full-length mock.

Sit a 185-question mock in Exam Mode with a 4-hour clock, then review it one question at a time.

  4. 4

    Study what the report shows.

See your results by content area and task, in outline order, with your pace and the answers you changed.

Full-length mocks in Exam Mode.

Eight complete forms, each balanced across all nine content areas and all 104 tasks. Build the focus and pacing for four hours, then see exactly where your time went.

A full-screen exam.
No sidebar, no study aids, and a clock you can hide. Just the question in front of you.
Flag, strike out, highlight.
Flag a question for later, cross out a choice you’ve ruled out, and highlight the words that matter.
A scratch pad for working.
There’s no calculator on the exam. Work it out on the pad, the way you would on the testing center’s dry-erase board.
A review screen before you submit.

Which exam does this prepare me for?

The BCBA exam as the BACB describes it: 185 multiple-choice questions (175 scored and 10 unscored) across the nine content areas of the BCBA Test Content Outline (6th ed.). Every Meridian question is written to one of the outline’s 104 tasks. See the BACB’s examination information for current details.

Where should I start?

With the diagnostic. It takes 60 questions and about 78 minutes, and your dashboard uses the results to build each day’s plan. You can skip it and go straight to practice if you prefer.

How are mock exams different from practice?

Practice explains each answer as you go. A mock exam is a 185-question, 4-hour run-through in Exam Mode with explanations held until you submit. Like the exam, 10 questions on each mock are unscored, and your score is based on the other 175.

Will a mock score tell me if I’ll pass?

Mock scores show where you’re strong and what to study next. They aren’t a prediction of your exam result.

Can I study on my phone?

Yes. Practice works on your phone and your computer, and your progress follows you. For mock exams, a computer gives you the closest feel to exam day.
